What's in this workout?

​

A weighted exercise is performed for 90 seconds followed by a

cardio move for 90 seconds.

 

12 SETS are performed and then the entire workout is repeated.

This workout can be performed as a 25 minute workout or a 55

minute workout.

 

Weight selection can vary and options/modifications are shown

throughout the workout.

With any workout here at EnergyMoveFit you can cater the workout to fit your needs. Our fitness levels are different and vary day to day. The most important part is to move and have fun.
